Environmental Sustainability Capstone Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified professor to teach an applied capstone course on environmental sustainability at the University of Ottawa.
About the CourseThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead an interdisciplinary team of students in identifying and evaluating solutions to real-world environmental problems. This will involve working with organizations that are addressing sustainability issues, analyzing scientific, economic, legal, and social dimensions of these problems, and developing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
Requirements- A graduate degree with significant work experience in a senior managerial role in the private or public sector in one or more areas related to environmental sustainability;
- Practical experience with project management, communication strategies, public engagement, and social media marketing;
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds;
- Prior experience teaching an applied capstone course is considered an asset.
