Job Summary

As a Chief Business Analyst in the Card Domain team at National Bank, you will play a key role in driving business transformation and improving processes. You will work closely with business teams and delivery teams to analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong business analysis skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support product owners, business line partners, and IT teams in their decision-making and deliveries
* Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of planning activities for the various deliverables
* Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders with varied levels and expertise
* Model current and target processes based on the Bank's existing mapping practices
* Carry out high-level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of processes, with the help of experts
* Apply best practices to identify and write business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their connections, and ensure their traceability
* Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer
* Make proposals for change management strategies for users of the solution

About the Team

The IT team at National Bank is a collaborative and agile team of over 2,300 experts who work together to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes. As part of the Card Domain team, you will be part of a large team of 200 colleagues and will report to a Delivery Manager. Requirements

* University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
* Business analysis skills in a tech-based ecosystem
* Experience in the end-to-end transformation of business processes
* Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: Business Capacities, modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
* Experience with testing scenarios and user support
* Ability to think strategically, analytically, synthetically, and communicate effectively
* Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Language

English and French are the primary languages used in this role. You will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
