Senior Business Analyst - Industrials

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our Expert team serving North America based in Montreal. In this fast-paced role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for guiding internal client teams of consultants and other Experts in the execution of Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects for multiple clients within an industry or function. Primary responsibilities include project planning, market and candidate research, the production of high-quality client deliverables, business development, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and candidate research to identify top talent for clients.
  • Develop and execute project plans to meet client needs and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal consultant teams to provide strategic guidance and client engagement support.
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables, including search strategies, candidate profiles, and assessment reports.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing pitch materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional work experience.
  • Demonstrated functional experience in market research, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, or project planning.
  • Basic understanding of at least one segment in industrials (e.g., automotive, energy, machinery or industrial technology, chemicals, etc.).
  • Previous project-based experience working effectively on multiple mandates simultaneously.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
  • Demonstrates very strong attention to detail.
