About the Role:

The Technical Sales Manager will play a key role in driving customer retention and growth through effective account management and sales strategies. This role will work closely with the Regional Sales Leader and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer retention and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM tools to drive informed decision-making and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment
  • Strong sales mentality and understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to effectively build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to become advocates for James Hardie
  • Travel 10-15%
