IT Support Specialist

Graham is seeking a skilled IT Field Services Coordinator to provide first-line support to internal customers and stakeholders. As a key member of the Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for resolving incidents, fulfilling requests, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to internal customers and stakeholders
- Resolve incidents and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the IT Services Team Lead to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service delivery role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Windows, desktop, SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365)
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, or through written text
