Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Address customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating as necessary.
  • Update Salesforce and enter data into our operating system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and their impact on our organization's competitiveness and product offerings.
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
  • Provide timely and efficient service to customers, suppliers, and sales team, responding to inquiries, problems, and delivery schedules requests.
  • Interact with delivery drivers, directing them to product locations for loading and unloading.
  • Maintain customer relationships by troubleshooting and resolving customer-related service issues, documenting complaints and forwarding them to relevant departments.
  • Support team members in completing daily transactions.
Sales Support:
  • Participate in trade shows, training seminars, and conventions to promote our products and services.
  • Manage our sample program to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product samples to customers.
  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer-related inquiries and documentation requests.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of business experience.
  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, with food industry experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with bilingual proficiency in French.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to demonstrate leadership.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and take ownership of tasks and decisions.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
