About the Role

Carmacks Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Paving Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our road construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising workers and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, as needed
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in road construction or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in dusty environments and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work overtime as required
