Job Summary

We are seeking skilled laborers to join our paving crew as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including road paving, construction, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paving Operations: Assist in the operation of paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and tack trucks.
  • Construction Support: Provide support to construction teams, including laborers, operators, and supervisors.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
