Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demands.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process.
- Lead and direct hourly employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Collaborate with corporate and warehouse personnel to meet customer objectives and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for production employees.
- College degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Heavy metal manufacturing experience, including familiarity with material handling equipment and math skills to read and understand blueprints.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and lean methodology skills.
- Ability to motivate employees and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
