About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fifth Wheel Transport Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Meetings and Events: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events as required by the team.
  • Information Flow Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Motivating Staff: Motivate staff members to achieve their best performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Meeting Minutes and Reports: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and make travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent.
  • Language: Proficient in English language.
  • Work Environment: Permanent, full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
Benefits and Salary
