Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and arranging seminars, conferences, and other events
- Preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing training and development programs
- Providing administrative support for payroll and human resources functions
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong understanding of office operations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Docs and electronic mail
