Job Description

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and arranging seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing training and development programs
  • Providing administrative support for payroll and human resources functions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of office operations and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and electronic mail
