Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Travelodge Golden. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Assist the General Manager in leading and managing the hotel team, ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Operations: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, including recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitoring of revenues and expenses, ensuring that the hotel operates within budget.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
