Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
- Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
