About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex computer networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement computer network architectures to meet business requirements
  • Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
  • Evaluate and install new technologies to improve network efficiency
  • Provide technical support and training to users on network usage and troubleshooting
  • Supervise junior technical staff and participate in team projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in computer networking
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, network protocols, and security measures
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
