We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with customers, and matching them to Rogers and Fido brand products.
Key Responsibilities- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products
- Identify opportunities and anticipate customer needs to achieve sales goals
- Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
- Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Demonstrated commitment to providing positive customer interactions through understanding and meeting customer needs
- Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs
- Experience navigating multiple tasks and efficient workflows while providing consistent customer service
