We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Global Marketing Operations Strategist. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced marketing operations professional who is passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive business results. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, data governance, and reporting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, growth, and data teams, to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Create, optimize, and maintain customer journeys, automations, and personalized content in SFMC, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
  • Evaluate and manage the marketing tech stack to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration of tools and platforms.
  • Implement data hygiene best practices and analyze campaign performance data to drive lifecycle improvements and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in marketing automation for B2C and B2B (B2B2C experience is a bonus).
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical solutions, leveraging best practices in marketing automation.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and AMPScript, with experience in CRM and API integrations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
