Job Title: Customer Experience Investigator

C3 Client Satisfaction is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Experience Investigator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Investigator, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres or malls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Produce reports on your findings
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment:

You will be working in a shopping centre or mall, and will need to be available for shift or on-call work. You will also need to have your own transportation and access to a computer and internet.

Language:

The primary language for this role is English or French.Hours:

This is a casual position, with 3 to 6 hours of work per week.
