Job Title: Customer Experience Investigator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Experience Investigator to join our team at C3 Client Satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Investigator will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls. This is a casual, on-call position that requires excellent oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls
  • Produce reports on findings
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
  • Prepare information (evidence) reports
  • Use own transportation or public transportation to travel to assigned locations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability
  • Ability to work independently
Work Environment:

This is a casual, on-call position that requires flexibility and reliability. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
