Instructional Delivery Manager

FortisBC is seeking a seasoned Instructional Delivery Manager to lead our training delivery team in creating a high-performing learning environment. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Lead a team of trainers and training coordinators to deliver technical and trades training
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders to identify future training requirements
  • Support the implementation of technology for training delivery
  • Provide professional development opportunities for our trainer pool
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, plus a minimum of three years of experience leading in an L&D environment
  • Proven leadership skills to foster a supportive team environment
  • Exceptional organization and strategic-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
