Instructional Delivery Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Instructional Delivery Manager to lead our training delivery team and drive the development of business processes to sustain and enhance our Learning Management System platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering technical and trades training, managing and communicating training requirements, and tracking and reporting on training compliance and competency.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the evolution of a high-performing training delivery team aligned to our corporate values.
- Drive the ongoing development of business processes to sustain and enhance the Learning Management System platform.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to proactively identify future training requirements and develop appropriate training implementation and delivery plans.
- Support the implementation of technology for training delivery.
- Provide professional development opportunities for our full- and part-time trainer pool.
- Make recommendations for improvement of the training portfolio based on ongoing evaluation of offerings.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field, plus a minimum of three years of experience leading in an L&D environment. Experience leading unionized personnel an asset.
- Proven leadership skills to foster a supportive team environment and motivate team members to excel at delivering training to internal customers.
- Exceptional organization and strategic-thinking skills, managing programming of training across the Company, including classroom and virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, and blended solutions.
- A demonstrated ability to plan and execute training schedules to ensure training compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with learning management systems an asset.
- Experience in instructional design an asset.
