About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and comfort of our vacation properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production of our properties.
  • Respond to service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct make-ready units as directed, applying basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain outside landscapes, including emptying trash and general landscape work.
  • Inspect and report deficiencies in building systems to supervisor.

Requirements

  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
  • Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
  • Basic handyman skills.
