Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general facility maintenance to preserve optimum quality and efficient production.
  • Respond to service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct maintenance work for make-ready units, applying basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures.
  • Clean and maintain outside landscapes, including emptying trash and general landscape work.
  • Inspect and report deficiencies in building systems, adhering to the company's safety programs.
