Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pacifica Housing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Assist with suite renovations and building maintenance projects as needed.
  • Operate hand and electrical tools, and use mobile devices to manage work orders and communicate with team members.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines and complete assignments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field, preferably in a non-profit housing environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in residential building maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.
  • Basic First Aid Certificate.
