Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2470223 ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet the needs of our customers.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure that our business is compliant with all relevant laws.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions at our restaurant to ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running at its best.
- Availability: Be available to start work on the advertised start date.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
