Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2470223 ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Leadership and Training: Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions to ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
