Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2470223 ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions to promote the restaurant and increase revenue.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or related industry.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
