**Key Responsibilities**

* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records
* Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
* Cost products and services to ensure profitability and competitiveness
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible work environment
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and build relationships
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
* Lead and instruct individuals to develop their skills and knowledge
* Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
* Manage events to create memorable experiences for customers and increase revenue

**Requirements**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or related industry
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work on site and be available to work varying shifts
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
