Position Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our operations by delivering exceptional second-tier assistance to our clientele. This position requires close collaboration with various teams including Customers, Sales, Specialists, Engineering, and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance for both pre-sales inquiries and post-sales challenges.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving product or service-related issues via phone or email.
  • Conduct data analysis for customers facing issues, when applicable.
  • Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the fundamental causes of reported issues.
  • Support customers with product installation, configuration, and setup.
  • Create and review technical support documentation, including FAQs and Application Notes.
  • Engage in product testing and verification processes.
Qualifications

A degree in Geomatics or Electrical Engineering, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the GNSS+INS sector is required. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication with clients.

Additionally, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in software testing and/or post-processing.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and C++.
