Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team at Rainbook Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. As an office coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
