We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced office manager to join our team. As an administrative services director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Delegate work effectively to office support staff and establish clear priorities.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks and train staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
