We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to join our team at LIWAN PROPERTY.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can manage the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department. As an Administrative Services Director, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related tasks
  • Managing a team of staff, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure excellent performance
  • Developing and implementing budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
  • Supervising office and volunteer staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative services or management role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Drive
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
