Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience at our gas station.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain our inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage our merchandise, ensuring we have a wide range of products available to our customers.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments and manage our finances, ensuring we are operating within budget.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
