Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained to perform their tasks.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our gas station.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer needs.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including fuel and merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced gas station environment, interacting with customers and employees on a daily basis. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
