Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our client care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and empowering individuals to rediscover the joy of sound.
Key Responsibilities- Guide customers through their hearing care journey, providing personalized support and setting expectations for their clinic visit.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmation, ensuring seamless communication with customers and hearing care professionals.
- Prepare hearing care professionals for customer appointments by sharing relevant customer information.
- Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments, driving marketing campaigns and managing callback and lead lists.
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
- Create invoices for products and services rendered, process payments, and maintain financial records.
- Educate customers on Amplifon programs, products, and services, resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain efficient clinic operations, overseeing inventory, supporting customers with hearing aid maintenance and repairs, and anticipating clinic and customer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that meets company standards.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma in business or medical administration preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of the hearing aid industry is a plus.
