Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our client care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Journey Management: Guide customers through their hearing care journey, providing personalized support and setting expectations for their clinic visit.
- Scheduling and Confirmation: Manage appointment scheduling and confirmation for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
- Pre-Appointment Preparation: Prepare Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments by communicating relevant customer information, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Appointment Conversion and Marketing: Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments, drive marketing campaigns, and manage callback and lead lists to maximize customer engagement.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient data management.
- Financial Management: Create invoices for products and services rendered, process payments from customers, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Education and Support: Educate customers on Amplifon programs, products, and services, resolving customer inquiries and providing exceptional support.
- Clinic Operations: Maintain efficient clinic operations, overseeing inventory and organization, supporting customers with basic hearing aid maintenance and repairs, and proactively anticipating clinic and customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards.

- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a diploma in business or medical administration preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting, and 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Ability to build and maintain professional rapport with customers and colleagues, work independently and collaboratively, adhere to professional and regulatory standards, prioritize work efficiently, and possess proficiency in MS Windows and Office.
