Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp.
Job SummaryThe Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our travel agency, ensuring that all reservations are accurately processed and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 5-10 reservations agents and provide guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit reports on reservations activity and customer feedback
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients with special needs and provide excellent customer service
- Co-ordinate and assign work, and review performance to ensure high standards are met
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- 2 years of experience in a travel or customer service role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Work in a travel agency environment
- May require occasional travel
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Criminal record check required
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
