Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp.
Job SummaryThe Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations team, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and productivity.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Operations: Prepare and submit reports, maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity.
- Training and Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
