Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Travels4U Corp.
Job SummaryThe Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations team, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Travel agency.
- Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail required to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Fast-paced environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
