Reservations Manager

Travels4U Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our reservations department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 5-10 reservations agents and provide guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of the reservations department.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and tight deadlines.
- Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, and organized.
