Toronto Pho Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.
Job Description- Lead the culinary team in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals;
- Develop and implement menus that are appealing to customers and align with the company's vision;
- Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control;
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Source and purchase ingredients and supplies to meet menu requirements;
- Maintain inventory records and manage kitchen budgets;
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (not required but an asset);
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen manager;
- Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and staff supervision;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment;
