- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
- Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
