Sales Team Lead

Haither Trading Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and display.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve company goals.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
