Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Haither Trading Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
