Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Haither Trading Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales operations, including inventory management, ordering merchandise, and authorizing payments.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Youth: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
- Support for Veterans: Participate in government or community programs that support veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to all employees.
