Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At TWEDY'S NAIL, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our salon, including the preparation and submission of progress reports.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of nail care and beauty industry standards.
