Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At TWEDY'S NAIL, we are seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and leading a team of nail technicians to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of nail technicians, and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the salon, including equipment and supplies, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and maintain accurate records of salon operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
