About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at TWEDY'S NAIL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
    • Train and develop the skills of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to help them improve their performance.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nail salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage the salon's inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that they are adequate and well-maintained.
    • Prepare and submit reports on salon performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
