About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at TWEDY'S NAIL. As a key member of our salon operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our nail technicians and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salon Operations: Oversee the maintenance and repair of salon equipment, and ensure that all areas of the salon are clean and well-organized.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all clients have a positive experience at our salon.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and provide training and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
