Job Description

Emplois iRecrutement is seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow, financial forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions to improve financial results.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial management systems and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CDMO services sector.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial management practices.
  • Experience as an auditor and financial controller is an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French and English (90% communications with clients and suppliers).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field and a CPA designation.
  • Experience with SAP software is an asset.
  • Experience with private and publicly traded companies.
