Job Title: Financial Director

Emplois iRecrutement is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives, ensuring the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, managing cash flow, and overseeing internal and external audits.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of the company's strategic plans, providing financial analyses and recommendations, and collaborating with the President and management team to identify growth opportunities.
  • General Administration: Oversee IT services, ensure effective management of contracts, supplier negotiations, and purchasing policies, and manage risks related to compliance, security, and company insurance.
  • Team Management and Communication: Lead and develop the finance and IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field and a CPA designation. An MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CDMO services sector.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-evolving environment.
